Bobbi {N Her Shoes} shared her meal planning tips recently. One tip I especially liked and will try soon is prepping salads for the week. She makes three or four salads for the week and fills them with all kinds of veggies {easy to grab & go}. The school I work at makes soup almost every day, so the salad would go great with it. The crackers and cheese look delish, also!

    And to answer your question....I haven't had any work done. (is that what you meant?) Excess skin is a reality for me, but it's no where near as bad as I expected. I think strength training has really helped that. I expected a lot of excess skin in my arms, but I don't have too much. I do have a kind of saggy stomache though (between the obesity and the pregnancy), which is why I wear a tankini. They are great for coverage!

    Honestly, I may have a tummy tuck at some point in the distant future. I haven't ruled that out. I am planning on having another baby eventually though so I'm not even contemplating surgery until after that happens.

    All in all I would say it's not anything to be discouraged over. I have been planning a post on this topic for so long...I've just been trying to get up the nerve to post "excess skin pics" to go along with it. We'll see if I ever get that brave. :)
