phase 1 begins

phase 1

1. eat breakfast {including protein} every day
if you have any quick breakfast ideas, please do share

2. exercise 5 days {in a row, if possible} for at least 30 minutes each day


this week's challenge:

the park i was jogging at is undergoing construction

so tomorrow i have to find a park i can jog at
{where my kids can play and be safe}
