regroup

it's time to regroup

1. eat breakfast {including protein} every day
MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!

2. exercise 5 days {in a row, if possible} for at least 30 minutes each day
okay, this didn't work out...rough week
i'm going to change is to
exercise 4 days {for at least 30 minutes each day}

3. drink {more} water
MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!
...

my main goal for phase 1 is to make exercise a habit and a way of life again
this past week was a flop
i'm NOT giving up
this week coming will be better
as is the Never Say Diet way
i'll start over again
i must complete one month before moving on to phase 2
i'm bummed but not discouraged
the fight is on

  1. YOu can do it girl! You just need to find a fun exercise to do with a person that you like! Find a friend and make them do it with you! that always helps- sometimes it's just hard to motivate yourself and a friend can help you out with that. Good luck! Go get em' girl!
